(Annajm) 53 : 28
وَمَا لَهُمْ بِهِ مِنْ عِلْمٍ ۖ إِنْ يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا الظَّنَّ ۖ وَإِنَّ الظَّنَّ لَا يُغْنِي مِنَ الْحَقِّ شَيْئًا
And they have no knowledge about it, they are not following except conjectures; indeed, conjecture benefits nothing from the Truth at all.
The Truth mentioned in the verse is Adhikr as explained in verse 2: 119. For accepting any deed, there should be proof from Adhikr to support that deed, as explained in verses 2: 111; 21: 24; and 23: 117. But all customs and rituals the Arabic Qur’an Reading Fujjar have been following are based on guessing and conjecture. That is why the hypocrites among them will go to Hell even without trial as explained in verse 4: 145, whereas their strayed followers will go to Hell after trial as explained in verses 39: 71-72.
